Dear,
I did perfect in my dance theory trial exam, and my day was mostly fine. But then I accidentally broke a lamp at home while randomly practicing ballet. And my dad shouted at me. And I got scared. And all of a sudden my mind completely clicked off. Before I knew it my body was covered in cuts. Felt supersuicudal just 2-3 hours ago. But I'm fine now. But it just scares me how fast my mind changes.
