R has broken his arm. I feel guilty. I had a bad feeling before, but I didn't check on him. Actually I stopped checking on him weeks go, because I'm a selfish idiot. Why do I ever put myself before people? I hope he's ok. Maybe I should text him? But I don't know what.
Just so angry at myself right now.
